Every print is printed as they are ordered on site. We are a one woman show and fulfillment may take 3-5 business days. Thank you so much for yout support and understanding! 

Originals: We take extra care to ensure that our originals are protected and well packed. Lots of time, love and effort go into creating every piece and we ensure to keep our work protected. We do not offer returns on originals, thank you for your support and understanding.

Prints: We take extra care to ensure that our prints make it to you in perfect condition, creases and folds can be flatten. If package was damaged during shipping causing SEVERE damage to print, please contact us with detailed and photographed damage and a replacement will be sent.

Please understand that we are a small business and the utmost care goes into everything we do. Be kind when you contact our business, we will do our best to ensure that you get the product(s) you love in the condition you deserve!

Shipping is done through USPS, we are not responsible and can not control how long the USPS takes in delivering your product.

We currently ship from Alaska, "The last Frontier". Please be advised that packages coming from Alaska do take a bit longer than those in the lower 48 states. Please be patient and check on tracking number provided with your order. Thank you.

There is a couple different option on most of the prints.
Un-matted means you will receive depending on size chosen; either a 5x7" or 8x10" giclee print only.
Matted means you will receive depending on size chosen; a 5x7" giclee print framed with a colored board resulting in 8x10" with frame or a 8x10" giclee print framed with a colored board resulting in 11x14" with frame.

The matt colors varies based on what is readily available, and what looks best with the print. If you would like a specific color matt please contact us when you place your order, and we will do our best to fulfill with specified colored matt. Thank you for understanding.

Our current canvas rates is .70 cents per sq inch depending on canvas size.

Our rate for murals are currently $20/sqf
